Getting Started
- Allow 1 to 24 hours for your subscription to be activated.
- You should receive an SMS with your IDM GO 4G username and password.
- Insert the activated SIM Card in the IDM GO Router. Please refer to the manual included with the router to insert the SIM card.
- Wait for your device to connect automatically.
- Connect to the router’s Wi-Fi: use the SSID and password/key found on the back of the router.
- Open your Internet browser (Edge, Internet Explorer, Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc…) and start browsing the Internet.
- If the account needs to be refilled, you will be directed automatically to the Account Management website.
- Register for a new account, or log in if you're already registered
- Add your IDM GO 4G account using the IDM GO 4G username and password you received by SMS, or click on Manage if account already added
- Click on Add Credits and follow the instructions to refill/renew your subscription
- Enjoy your Internet Connection with IDM

- Monthly subscription prices can be paid in LBP based on Sayrafa rate on the transaction date.
- Above prices are subject to 11% VAT.
- An additional 10% collection fee will be added to bank domiciliation and online payment invoices.
Prepaid: When plan quota is reached your account will expire. You can renew it again for another 30 days.
Postpaid: $0.4 / extra GB
Routers will not be sold without a SIM Card / Account, unless the sale is to replace a defective router.
A SIM Card can be sold separately if the customer is replacing a de-activated SIM Card.

- Register for a new account, or log in if you're already registered
- Add your IDM GO 4G account or click on Manage if already added
- Click on Add Credits and follow the instructions to renew your subscription

USEFUL INFORMATION- The IDM GO 4G service requires an IDM GO router and SIM Card
- Service must have been renewed at least once during the past 6 months, otherwise the SIM Card needs to be replaced.
- This card can only be used with IDM GO 4G subscription
- Activating this card renews your subscription for 30 days or until traffic indicated on this card is consumed
